Under the summit
The work explores the relationship between the immensity of the mountain and the earth that extends at its feet. The small presence of the trees brings closeness and measure to a landscape dominated by the force of nature.



Antonycs resides in Madrid. Trained in Visual Arts and Art History, he has focused his career on photography and painting. His work is deeply inspired by Californian landscape painting and the American West, as well as European painting from the early 20th century. These references are reflected in his attentive gaze to light and atmosphere, elements that articulate his work.
Concurrently, he has developed an intense activity in the logistics and organization of exhibitions in galleries and museums in Spain, Brazil and Italy. His work has been part of numerous group and solo shows, consolidating an artistic practice that unites personal creation and curatorial experience.
