Description from the seller
Description:
This extraordinary, large Murano glass fish sculpture was created by the ancient glassworks V.Nason&C, one of the most renowned glassmakers on the island of Murano, in Italy. Made according to the classic Italian tradition of studio art glass, the sculpture features a dynamic, stylized fish form and a sculptural silhouette that appears fluid and full of movement.
The body is formed from transparent glass, enriched by bold internal layers in a submerged style in shades of green and cobalt blue.
Signed on the glass by Vetreria V.Nason&C.
Art. 820/9 - Q12
Dimensions:
Height 18 cm
Length 15 cm
Color Blue/green
All offered items have been handmade by the master glassmakers of V.Nason&C., therefore they may show slight variations linked to the exclusive artisanal craftsmanship.
The collection "Artistico" is entirely handmade according to the ancient Murano techniques.
The glass, in its chromatic richness, is produced without the use of harmful substances, an ecological choice for the health of the work environment and the preservation of nature.
