Candleholder (2) - Copper

A pair of yellow-brass candlesticks from France, circa 1890-1920.
The slender, flowing shaft is typical Art Nouveau, the sturdy foot with garlands is more Empire style.
The French casters were known at the time for combining historical styles with 'modern' Jugendstil lines.
Condition: good vintage condition.
