The sea is clearly visible in the background. The individual blades of the dunes softly sway in the foreground across the canvas..
The blades are depicted very intensely with color, exceptional painting technique, and they appear as if they are in motion.
I basically only use very high-quality paints; the luminosity of the colors remains for many years, just as you see them on the canvas at the time of purchase.
