BIOGRAPHY OF RAMÓN POVEDA IBARS (Sabadell, 1936)
He studied at the Industrial School of Arts and Trades of Sabadell; in 1974 he made his solo debut in Barcelona and has exhibited in venues in Vic, Valencia, Palafrugell, La Bisbal, Madrid, etc. His preferred subjects are landscape and seascapes, in addition to popular themes such as dancers and interiors, with oil as his preferred technique, which he develops on canvas, hardboard, or cardboard in small-format creations. From 1985, he exhibited regularly in La Escala, Platja d'Aro and Tossa de Mar. His works can be found in numerous collections in Germany, France, Belgium and various European countries.
