About the artist
Aurora Basile The Geometric Force and Metaphysical Vision

Aurora Basile, a Milanese artist who has lived between Puglia and Lombardy, blends in a unique visual language her polyhedral nature: interior and furniture designer, with solid training in artistic techniques and in graphic and architectural composition. This deep contamination between the precision of the project and the freedom of painting gives life to unexpected works, where the rigorous geometry of forms opens up to the essence of the world around us.
In her acrylic canvases – described by critics as "windows into inner universes" – optical illusion, graphic composition, and metaphysical essence fuse to capture moods and emotions of our time. Characterized by an elegant stroke and a refined color palette, her paintings offer suspended calm, uniting fragile and powerful beauty with a deep invitation to reflection.

A well-established artist on the national scene, Aurora Basile lives and works in Milan. Her works have been exhibited in important museums and galleries throughout Italy, including the Museo del Mare Galata in Genoa, the Museo Arte Contemporanea in Alcamo, the Diocesan Museum of Gubbio, and in exhibition spaces in Rome, Palermo, Milan, Matera, and Lecce. She was recently selected for the exhibition "Diversi Universi" as part of the V Edition (2026) of the Sinestesie Prize in L’Aquila, Italian Capital of Culture 2026.

Buying a work by Aurora Basile means bringing home not only a contemporary art piece of great visual and emotional impact but the fruit of decades of aesthetic research, professionalism, and dedication to design in its multiple forms.
