The Bible is equipped with an breathtaking, fully handmade cover of beautifully glossy mother of pearl (Mother of Pearl) and abalone. The front displays a refined openwork pattern with a geometric star and the deeply etched place name "Jerusalem". The sides show refined floral and ornamental relief details. The interior contains various atmospheric full-page illustrations of holy places, including the Via Dolorosa and the Mount of Olives.
