The Model: Gold Rain Effect
It is not a simple sequined dress. The base is nude soft-touch tulle on which is hand-embroidered a vertical cascade of fringes made of micro-beads and gold sequins. Each fringe is free to move, creating a hypnotic light effect with every step. The effect is that of golden rain - pure 1920s Great Gatsby style in a modern couture key.
