Luca Strati was born in Reggio Calabria in 1981 and is a student at the Accademia di Belle Arti di Firenze, with a preference for sculpture. His artistic path began early, the son of the Reggio painter Mario Strati, and he developed a passion for drawing and painting with a comic-book and artistic character at a very young age. He attended the International School of Comics in Florence from 1995 to 1997, while pursuing traditional artistic studies in parallel. He also attended the Accademia Fiorentina di Belle Arti.
