Luca Strati was born in Reggio Calabria in 1981, a student at the Academy of Fine Arts in Florence, with a predilection for sculpture. His artistic path began from a young age, the son of the Reggio-born painter Mario Strati, and he started very early to become passionate about drawing and painting with a comic and artistic character. He attended from 1995 to 1997 the International School of Comics in Florence, pursuing in parallel classical artistic studies. He attended the Accademia Fiorentina di Belle Arti.
