For sale is a beautifully worked, two-piece Viennese bronze, crafted entirely in the tradition of the famous Franz Xaver Bergmann manufactory. The finely designed, cold-painted figure shows an elegant lady in knee-highs and red pumps, casually reclining on a richly detailed Chesterfield armchair.

Features:
• Two-piece construction: The female figure can be removed from the chair.
• Foundry mark: Stamped with the characteristic Krug mark (vase stamp) on the back of the chair.
• Condition: Very good for age, with cohesive patina and attractive painting.
