The watch showcases the refined design philosophy of the early Seiko Lassale collection, combining Japanese quartz technology with an unmistakable luxury dress-watch aesthetic.
DESIGN & DIMENSIONS
The beautifully preserved silver/white dial features fine applied gold-tone hour markers, slim hands and the distinctive SEIKO LASSALE signature. The rectangular gold-tone case is complemented by an original integrated gold-tone mesh bracelet with an intricate textured pattern.
Case width: 24.6 mm, excluding crown
Case height: 30 mm, to the beginning of the bracelet
Thickness: 3.5 mm
The exceptionally slim 3.5 mm profile is one of the defining characteristics of this elegant Lassale model.
THE LASSALE HERITAGE
The Lassale name has a fascinating connection with the history of ultra-thin watchmaking. Jean Lassale, the Swiss watchmaking house, became famous for exceptionally thin mechanical movements, most notably the Calibre 1200, introduced in 1976 with a thickness of approximately 1.2 mm.
Seiko subsequently developed the Seiko Lassale collection, combining its quartz technology with the sophisticated styling and ultra-thin philosophy associated with the Lassale name. The present reference belongs to this early 1980s period.
CONDITION & ORIGINALITY
The watch is in exceptional, almost new condition. The case, crystal, dial and bracelet are remarkably well preserved, with only a few extremely small signs of wear on the clasp.
It is offered as a Full Original Set, including:
Original Seiko Lassale presentation box
Original outer box
Original instruction manual
Original guarantee certificate
Original Lassale tag
Original integrated mesh bracelet
