L'Acetaia Giuseppe Cattani presents its most prestigious balsamic condiment, aged 100 years. It was indeed taken from the family stock kept with care by the progenitor Zefferino, great-great-grandfather who lived in 1860, and passed down to us.

It comes in an elegant glass decanter available in a limited number of 50 bottles. Each bottle is numbered. The cork is sealed with wax and the elegant presentation box contains a dropper for dosing.

This balsamic, a gift and memory of a time that was, indulges even the most discerning palates. Its aroma is frank and rich in scents and flavors of old times, while its refined acidity contributes to the sweet-sour balance that makes it particularly harmonious.

NB: the bottle number is indicative and may not correspond exactly to the number of the bottle that will be shipped. This is to avoid repeatedly opening and resealing the case and to preserve its integrity as much as possible.
