The comic was published under the pseudonym Jon Bee.
It was a mysterious pseudonym used in collaboration with Eric Stanton.
Although it was created during the period when Stanton shared a studio in Manhattan with Spider-Man's legendary co-creator, Steve Ditko (which led some historians to detect a Ditko-like precision in the inking), it is generally regarded as the product of a collaboration between Stanton and another Nutrix artist, perhaps a creator by the name of Ruiz.

Initially distributed discreetly through Nutrix mail-order catalogs in the 1950s, it has since been collected in retrospective volumes, such as Bélier Éditions' series 'Bizarre Comix' in the 1980s and Taschen's books devoted to Eric Stanton's work.
