Patrícia Trindade (1989) is a Portuguese artist with a degree in Plastic Arts and a Master in Painting, both from the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Porto. Although she has devoted over the years to various painting series with different themes, the male figure has become the central element of her work. This has served as the premise for various approaches and narratives – from the objectification of the body, to erotism, to homosexuality and voyeurism – that question the usual representations of virility and the passivity of genders in iconographic representations.
