I had been meaning to pay tribute to one of the giants of street art, Keith Haring, and to do so I have chosen one of his most popular pieces.

Keith Haring's social dog is one of his icons. By introducing the barking dog, he urged people to rise up and protest the socioeconomic situation of the time, the situation of the 70s and 80s in New York; in fact, he was one of the fundamental creators in helping understand the roots of art related to political protest.
Even Banksy has paid homage to Haring by using this famous dog. Like Banksy, Haring was very popular thanks to the visual impact and the political energy of his work.
