This collectible heavy crystal vase comes from the prestigious Belgian manufacture Val Saint Lambert, and it features the engraved signature of the brand underneath its base. It is a fairly rare geometric model that stands out for its superb cased and cut work in a deep ruby red or fuchsia color, beautifully contrasting with the clarity of the clear crystal. The structural decoration is particularly sophisticated, combining flat cuts on the flared upper section, a wide central band sculpted with geometric diamond points and crossed diamonds, as well as deep vertical fluting on the lower half. The thick circular pedestal echoes this alternation of cut facets that maximize light refraction. The dimensions of this high-end object are 21 cm in total height with a top rim diameter of 16 cm and a foot base diameter of 11 cm. The individual weight of this massive piece is particularly impressive at 3300 g, which also represents the total weight of this lot.
