MAURICE LACROIX AUTOMATIC CHRONOGRAPH WATCH (REF. 03291):
We present at auction a highly elegant mechanical chronograph from the Swiss firm Maurice Lacroix, representative of the classic and refined aesthetics that characterized the brand during the 1990s.
Classic Dial and Bicolor Design: The watch stands out with its captivating dark blue dial, creating an attractive contrast with the three silver sub-dials of the chronograph (arranged at 6, 9, and 12). Time is read through elegant Roman numerals and Breguet-style hands in a gold tone. The stainless steel case is adorned with a stepped bezel, crown, and chronograph pushers plated in gold, giving it a sophisticated and versatile appearance.
Prestige Mechanics: Inside lies a sturdy and prestigious automatic chronograph movement of Swiss manufacture (known for using the reliable and durable Valjoux 7750 base), ensuring excellent performance.

Case and Bezel: The stainless steel case and gold-toned components are in very good overall condition. They show fine micro-scratches and typical signs of use, but there is no deep wear to the plating.
Crystal and Dial: The dial is in magnificent condition, clean and perfectly legible. The crystal is in good condition.
Case Back: Snap-on polished steel back. It shows multiple light scratches from use and frequent resting on the desk, but all factory engravings (including reference 03291) are clearly legible.
Strap: Supplied mounted on a textured blue leather strap (not original to the brand) in very good condition of use, with a steel buckle.
Mechanics: Automatic movement in working order. The chronograph functions start, stop, and reset to zero without issue. (Note: As this is a vintage/neo-vintage collectible watch, original water resistance is not guaranteed, and the date of its last maintenance service is not known).
