Kulyk Andriy was born on the 3-rd of May in 1971 in the city of Horishni Plavni, Poltava region, Ukraine. Since 1983 to 1989 he studied at the Republican Art High School on honor of Taras Shevchenko in the city of Kyiv. In 1989-1991 he served in the army in Lviv. Since 1992 he has been working as the chief artist of the city's Palace of Culture. Participant of city exhibitions. Winner of the all-Ukrainian competition "Place on the easel" in 2018.
