2 Chinese porcelain figural décor saucers –China- Kangxi period early 18th Century

On offer are 2 Chinese porcelain saucers, both with a figural decoration and dating to the late Kangxi period. 1 saucer has the decoration of 2 ladies in a fenced garden with a large flower pot. The rim has a zig-zag band. The other saucer has an attractive “warrior scene” décor probably from the Yang-jia-jiang Yanyi (the command troops of the Yang Ye family) and shows Mu Guiying and an accompanying soldier both riding a horse. This saucer also has an exceptionally decorated backside.

Date: Late Kangxi to Yongzheng period, 1710-1730.

Size:
Saucer with ladies measures app. 11,7 cm across.
Saucer with warrior scene measures app. 11,2 cm across.

Condition: Both in very good to excellent condition.
Saucer with ladies has some minor rim-frits and a 1cm clean hairline.
Saucer with warrior scene is in excellent undamaged condition!
