Chinese gold-plated silver bracelet and ear studs with quatrefoil-shaped jades –China- 21th Century
On offer is a very fine bracelet with 5 fine moss-green quatrefoil-shaped nephrite jades, and associated ear studs with the same fine quatrefoil-shaped nephrite jades. The shape is inspired by the four-leaf clover which is believed to bring luck to the wearer. The bracelet itself is marked as gold-plated 925/1000 silver (please see quality mark 925), both at the end of the bracelet and on the clasp, see photos. Also each ear stud is marked 925 on the shaft. All 7 green jade clovers are made of fine moss-green quality natural nephrite jade.
All separate stones have been identified as nephrite jade by measuring thermal conductivity and hardness and translucency. Also checked with UV light; which indicates a natural color. Provenance: This bracelet comes from inland China. a Good quality jewel, valuable and rare, very suitable to present as a gift! Please see test results and pictures.
