The heart of the watch is the Citizen B620 Eco-Drive caliber, a quartz movement powered by light. The Eco-Drive system converts natural or artificial light into energy, eliminating the need for regular battery replacements. When fully charged, the movement offers an asserted power reserve of about 270 days.

The chronographic function allows measurements of 1/5 second up to 60 minutes, while the three black counters create a pleasant contrast with the ivory dial. The date window is located between 4 and 5 o’clock.

The design clearly evokes the aviation world. The large Arabic numeral 12, the applied indices, highly legible hands, the cardinal points N-E-S-W and the peripheral tachymeter scale give the dial the look of a flight instrument.

Particularly successful is the color combination: ivory dial, black case, black counters and small red accents, echoed by the central seconds hand and the crown ring.
