Here is the long-awaited new version of Teejo’s Pub des Rencontres, a digital work that has become iconic. This painting is the fruit of meticulous and passionate work, carried out over many tens of hours, where every detail was designed to create a rich narrative universe, mysterious and deeply immersive.

In this homage to Edward Hopper, the famous nocturnal bar becomes a temporal crossroads, a living theater where characters from different eras, artistic movements, and cultural universes cross paths. Classical, modern, historical, or imaginary figures mingle in a reinvented scene, creating a fascinating visual game of references, reframings, and impossible encounters.

Each character (about 20 master paintings) was entirely recreated (tablets + Photoshop), integrated with a sharp sense of light and chromatic coherence to respect Hopper’s unique atmosphere while affirming Teejo’s artistic signature.

Teejo is a French contemporary artist. He modernizes old master artworks by reinventing them with his own vision. He aims to reintroduce to the whole world old master paintings that are sometimes forgotten with time. His passion for classical art has allowed him to develop his talent. He has also created new original works combining poetry, satire, prevention, and the imagination, conveying numerous messages through his creations. These works are sold worldwide.

He creates his pieces using digital tools like Photoshop and enjoys mixing and revisiting techniques to obtain the best possible result. He is also the designer of the 'perceptual duality,' a graphic innovation filed with the National Institute of Industrial Property, enabling multiple images in a single painting through color glasses.
