What is more fragile than a moment? A red and blue goldfish, trapped in a fragile shell of plastic and water. An entire universe enclosed in a bag.

With this work I wanted to paint silence. The extreme hyperrealism of the bag — every reflection, every fold studied — contrasts with the solitary vitality of the little neon, suspended between two worlds.

It is a metaphor of the contemporary condition: beauty that endures, even in a temporary space, awaiting a greater freedom. A work that speaks softly, but leaves a lasting impression.
