Antique pince-nez spring eyeglasses with the original case “Optical Bandoeng” – Dutch East Indies – ca. 1890–1930
Special antique pince-nez, also known as spring-loaded eyeglasses or squeeze glasses, with round lenses and a strikingly long spiral spring mechanism. The glasses are clamped onto the nose with the curved nose supports and have no regular temple arms.
