Cantillon - Le Plaisir 2022 - 75cl

The Le Plaisir cuvée from Brasserie Cantillon in Brussels is a fruity, complex lambic made with grapes, born of a collaboration with Cascina degli Ulivi; it is a blend of two-year-old lambic and the pulp of nine Piedmontese grape varieties, following a nine-month maceration period.

With an alcohol content of 6.5%, this lambic reveals aromas of fresh grapes, apricots, and citrus fruits, along with hints of honey and florals. Brewed using the traditional method—spontaneous fermentation, oak barrel aging, and bottle conditioning—this limited edition is characterized by a vibrant balance and fine acidity, hallmarks of Cantillon lambic.
