Octomore 5 years old Edition 15.2 - 700ml

Octomore 15.2 is a 5-year-old, heavily peated Islay single malt Scotch whisky from Bruichladdich, distilled from Scottish grown barley peated to 108.2 PPM. It was created as a contrasting counterpart to the 15.1 release, using the same spirit but an alternative maturation journey.

Initially matured in second fill wine and bourbon casks, the whisky was then finished in first fill Cognac casks. Bottled at a powerful 57.9% ABV, it combines bright citrus and sweet vanilla notes with caramel, spice, coastal character and lingering earthy peat smoke.
