【Description】

The OMEGA Genève is a line built from only the essentials: hours, minutes, seconds, and date. This example pairs a silver dial with bar hour markers and baton hands, each with a black line, so the time can be read at a glance. At 12 o'clock are a raised Ω logo and "OMEGA AUTOMATIC," with "Genève" at 6 o'clock.

The case is Stainless Steel, with a shape that widens toward the lugs. Its modest 34mm case width fits easily under a shirt cuff and suits both business and casual attire.

It is powered by OMEGA's Cal.565 automatic movement, which winds the mainspring with the motion of the wrist. The framed date window at 3 o'clock shows the date for everyday use. The crystal is a domed acrylic crystal, and the end of the crown bears an Ω logo.

The bracelet is a finely woven Stainless Steel mesh that follows the wrist. The clasp cover bears an Ω logo, with OMEGA and STAINLESS STEEL engraved on the inside. The length is adjusted with a perforated sliding section.

This Cal.565 Genève, produced in the late 1960s, comes with a red box bearing the OMEGA logo.

【Condition】

The crystal is in good condition. The dial has several small spot-like stains. Near 6 o'clock, a red line-shaped mark is visible through the crystal. The hands have spot-like dull areas, and some of the hour markers have small black spot-like marks. The front and sides of the case have light scratches and scuffs from use. The outside of the case back has numerous line scratches, and the inside has handwritten markings. The inner rim of the case has darkened areas. The bracelet has light scratches from use, and the clasp surface has numerous line scratches.
Operation has been confirmed. The date change has also been confirmed.
Included: a red box with the OMEGA logo. The box has scuffs from use and storage, and its lining is stained.
