On this square format, Medsan brings together four faces from Grand Theft Auto V in a grid of four panels separated by broad black lines. In the top left, Trevor Philips fills almost his entire panel: a receding hairline, knit brows, a grimace exposing teeth, the face in bright pink on a turquoise background, the collar of his light T-shirt marked with brown stains. Next to it, Franklin Clinton looks straight ahead, jaw clenched, green shirt open over a white T-shirt, orange-toned skin on a purple background.

Bottom left, Michael De Santa sketches a half-smile, gray hair slicked back, the face in bold yellow against a red background, a dark shirt with an open collar. Medsan and Popsan are two signatures of a single artist. Under the name Medsan, he explores the world of medicine and anatomy; under the name Popsan, he revisits pop culture icons by blending pop art, Japanese art, and anachronisms. On Catawiki, his pop works still appear under the name Medsan, but they belong to the Popsan universe. He creates at Atelier Joconde, a family-run artist workshop, alongside artists Le Yack (figurative painting) and Neo Pablo (abstraction).
