In this vertical format, Medsan places Totoro at the center of a turquoise background entirely speckled with small white dots. The great forest spirit from My Neighbor Totoro stands upright, facing us, arms at his sides and claws open; his dark raspberry fur contrasts with the deep green of his belly, marked by two rows of chevrons. His turquoise eyes ringed in white fix the viewer, the pale snout framed by long white whiskers.
Around him fall pink and purple drops, acorns, maple leaves and jagged green and pink leaves, and thin pink crescent moons. At the bottom left, a medium pink Totoro advances with a bag at the end of a stick resting on his shoulder and a green sack tucked against him; in the center, a small white and purple Totoro streaks by with his own satchel; to the right, a third, all dark, only his head and round eyes peek above the grasses. A calm, night shower, traversed by a small marching troupe.

Under the name Medsan, he explores the world of medicine and anatomy; under the name Popsan, he revisits icons of pop culture by blending pop art, Japanese art, and anachronisms.
