Amusing and original polychrome slip-decorated pitcher representing an anthropomorphic pig dating from the late 19th century.

The pig is depicted standing, dressed, and carrying a satchel.

Its snout forms the pour spout.

It has a few chips, as well as an old one on one side of the pitcher.

In good condition for a barbotine dating from the 1880s-1890s

Probably a barbotine from the Onnaing faience factory. Quite rare.
