Box (4) - Papier-mache

4 boxes and lacquered Russian trinket/ jewellery boxes, made in the Soviet Union (USSR) and complete with their labels, original era price labels ("Beriozka") and internal certificates/leaflets.
Each piece is a genuine miniature work of art, characterized by refined hand painting with gold detailing on a glossy black background and interiors lacquered in a vivid red color.
Details of the pieces included in the lot:
Horizontal large rectangular box
Subject: Traditional Russian fairy-tale scene with figures, typical architectures and an enchanted landscape (inspired by Palekh or Fedoskino folklore).
Signature and details: Signed by the artist at the bottom, with gold finishes hand-worked along the edges.
Conditions and accessories: Excellent overall condition. Includes the original leaflet and the internal price tag "Beriozka" inside.
Square box
Subject: A young woman in traditional Russian dress (red sarafan) engaged in work or gathering pearls/jewels beside an open green-and-gold decorated chest.
Signature: Signed by the artist on the lower right side of the miniature.
Conditions and accessories: Excellent condition. The original document and the price tag "Beriozka" (37.80) are inside. On the exterior bottom there is the gold marking "Made in USSR".
Circular box (jewelry box/bonbonnière)
Subject: A romantic and dynamic scene with traditional characters and a rampant red horse.
Conditions and accessories: Excellent condition. Complete with the informational leaflet and original price tag inside.
Small vertical rectangular box
Subject: Scene with historical/fairy-tale figures, including a young man in a red cloak and a crowned sovereign.
Conditions and accessories: Excellent condition, with original documentation kept inside.
