1999 Penfolds, Grange Bin 95 - McLaren Vale - 3 Bottles (0.75L)

This legendary “Grange” Bin 95 is crafted by the iconic Penfolds winery in South Australia and is internationally recognized as Australia’s most famous wine. The 1999 vintage showcases the great structure and extraordinary aging potential that have defined the Grange wine for decades; it is primarily produced from selected plots of the best Shiraz grapes and is aged in American oak barrels.

Its complex aromas of blackberry, plum, and dark cherry mingle with delicate notes of licorice, dark chocolate, and cedar, giving way to a rich, concentrated, and full-bodied palate, supported by firm yet refined tannins and impressive depth, culminating in a long finish.

Right now it is perfect to enjoy after many years of aging in a climate-controlled underground cellar at 16°C and 85% humidity.

The capsules are a bit worn on the side facing up in the cellar due to the humidity over the years, but both the cork and the fill level are in perfect condition.
