AVENZANO is a professional painter. He lives and works in his studio in Germany. His practice is defined as much by what he brings to the canvas as by what he leaves out. The aesthetic concept at the heart of his work is the philosophy of Wabi-Sabi: the belief that beauty lies not in perfection, but in imperfection, irregularity, and authenticity.
