Ancient German keepsake vase made of turned, carved and painted wood, coming from Hirsau in the Black Forest.

Very beautiful panoramic scene depicting a traditional chalet surrounded by fir trees and a mountain landscape. Several elements are worked in relief, notably the chalet, the roof, the path and the vegetation.

Inscription « Gruss a. Hirsau » on the scene.

Old piece, probably from the first half of the 20th century, circa 1920–1940.
