MUMA - Coralina 22 (XL)

"Coralina" is built from a constellation of small fragments of shapes and colors that function as dispersed memories, almost like visual flashes captured during a walk along a marine reef. Each element seems to emerge from an intimate observation of nature, not from literal representation, but from the memory and the sensation left by the organic forms of coral: its diversity, its tempo, and its apparent fragility.

The shapes appear fragmented, autonomous, yet linked to each other by an internal logic that recalls the reef ecosystem, where every organism maintains its identity while forming part of a living, constantly transforming whole. The colors, vibrant and delicate at the same time, evoke the chromatic richness of the underwater world, as if each fragment kept the imprint of a sensory experience.

At the same time, "Coralina" establishes a dialogue with the terrestrial world through the evocation of wildflowers. Like these, the forms retain their independence and individuality, growing without hierarchies or impositions, affirming their own identity within the whole. They do not subordinate themselves to one another, but coexist in a free and spontaneous balance.

Thus the work invites reflection on natural memory and diversity: a space where the sea and the flora meet, where each shape is an autonomous memory and, at the same time, part of a broader network. Coralina celebrates the beauty of the multiple, of the fragmentary, and of that which, even though small and independent, contributes to the richness of the whole.

About MUMA:

MUMA is an artistic duo formed by a Generalist 3D and Designer and an Art Historian, both trained at CEU San Pablo University in Madrid. Their artistic practice focuses on the visual arts, with particular interest in color, movement, and the dynamism of forms, as well as in variations of the environment. Their work is conceived to integrate into space and to establish a direct dialogue with routine and human experience, exploring a vital vision tied to the ideals of Impressionism, such as the relationship with nature, color, and changing environments. MUMA is linked to the professional world of digital and visual arts in Madrid, with participation in competitions.

About preparation, packaging, and shipping of the work:

The work is hand-signed by the artistic duo and comes with an authenticity certificate also signed by them. The canvas, rolled, is carefully packed in a sturdy cardboard tube and will be shipped within three business days after purchase confirmation. The estimated delivery time will depend on the destination and the selected carrier.
