Splendid vintage example of an USAG tool chest, originally antique (1950s-1970s), characterized by the rare and highly sought-after central turned wooden handle, a distinctive feature now unobtainable compared to the more modern metal versions.
Structure: a fold-out (bellows-style) model with 5 compartments, made of heavy steel sheet with the iconic original blue finish.
Brand: The USAG logo clearly visible and embossed on both top lids.
Conditions: Structurally solid and complete. The opening/closing mechanism is smooth and fully functional. It shows a beautiful patina of time with traces of surface rust, ideal for a conservative restoration or to be left natural as an industrial decorative piece.
