Meissen Porcelain Footed Posy Vase, "Blue Onion" (Zwiebelmuster), 1962
A small flared vase, elevated on four scrolled feet over a round pedestal, in Meissen's "Blue Onion" (Zwiebelmuster) pattern.
The design is hand-painted on both the body and the pedestal in cobalt blue.
The underside is marked with the crossed swords mark and a number in cobalt blue, impressed with the year mark for 1962 along with additional factory marks and numbers.
Condition is good. There are a few very light firing marks close to the rim, barely noticeable and very minor (see close-up photo). Beyond that, the piece is in perfect condition, with no chips, cracks, or repairs. The hand-painted design is crisp and sharp.

Top diameter: 7.5 cm
Base diameter: 6.7 cm
