Description from the seller
This Brut Rosé Champagne captivates with its intense pink hue, its delicate texture, and its harmonious balance. Twenty Premier and Grand Cru vineyards in Champagne form the basis of this blend, complemented by 20% reserve wines. Fifty percent Pinot Noir from the Grand Cru and Premier Cru villages of Aÿ, Hautvillers, Avenay-Val-d'Or, and Louvois contributes lightness, delicacy, and fruitiness. Forty percent Chardonnay, primarily from the Premier Cru of Vertus, brings freshness and citrus notes. The mineral dimension and flinty aromas come from the Villers-Marmery Cru, which boasts limestone soil. Grand Cru and Premier Cru villages such as Chouilly, Avize, Oger, and Vaudemange add strength and complexity to the blend. 10% Meunier ensures roundness and suppleness. This Brut Rosé blend is made with 16% Pinot Noir from Mailly-Champagne, renowned for its aromatic power and richness, and from Vertus, vinified as red wine. Appearance: Intense and luminous peach-pink color. Nose: Initial floral aromas give way to scents of orange, mandarin, yellow peach, and red fruits – blackberries and raspberries. A refreshing, delicate nose with notes of brown sugar. Palate: This Brut Rosé is characterized by its lusciousness and elegance. A wealth of fruit – blackberry, blackcurrant, and peach – and a hint of cocoa create a round, supple, and velvety wine. A beautiful silky texture is supported by a delicate effervescence.
