Cast-iron altar candelabrum (floor-standing candelabrum) in Neo-Renaissance / Neo-Baroque style, dating from the end of the 19th century or the early part of the 20th century (circa 1900). This heavy, authentic candelabrum is constructed from an elegantly fluted (grooved) columnd-shaped shaft, resting on a richly decorated three-legged base. The pedestal bases feature refined relief imagery and are tastefully finished with characteristic claw feet. The piece has a beautiful, deep-black matte finish that powerfully highlights the historical details.
