Adrien DUPAGNE (1889-1980)
Adrien Dupagne (1889-1980) is a Belgian artist, son of a craftsman. He trained at the Académie des Beaux-arts de Liège under masters such as Adrien de Witte or Oscar Berchmans. He obtained his sculptor's diploma and was very quickly noticed for his drawing talents. It is only later that he took up painting and trained by mingling with artists and visiting museums. His various travels also allowed him to become known worldwide. He worked on decorations, as a sculptor, for the Titanic in London. He exhibited his works in several salons.
