The pages from vii to xviii in the introduction are MISSING. Double ex libris applied to the flyleaf. Numerous graphs, tables, and black-and-white illustrations in the text. Slight foxing at the extremes of the volume. Nevertheless an almost untouched copy with the sheets still closed. Usable and very clean.
