This oil painting on canvas represents a natural landscape in constant motion, where reality becomes almost abstract through color and brushwork. The scene seems to capture a moment when the wind passes through the vegetation and transforms the landscape into a flow of shapes and sensations.

Predominant are blues, violets, and mauves, which build a deep and enveloping atmosphere. On top of them appear shades of pink, lilac, golden yellow, and earth tones, creating flashes of light that streak across the surface as if the landscape were illuminated by a fleeting moment. At the bottom, greens, dark blues, and blacks add depth and contrast with the luminosity of the sky.

The energy of the work mainly arises from the curved and diagonal lines. The vegetation appears to tilt and move with the wind, while the background brushstrokes generate a nearly liquid feeling, as if air, light, and the landscape fused into a single movement. The small pink flowers function as pause points within that flow, adding delicacy and a very expressive chromatic contrast.

The technique rests on a loose, elongated, gestural brushstroke, with layers of oil that overlap and blend with one another. Instead of defining each element precisely, the painting uses gesture to suggest it: the shapes appear and disappear among the brushstrokes, giving prominence to the sense of movement over literal representation.

The result is an ethereal, dynamic, and sensory landscape, in which nature is not presented as something static but as a living experience of light, color, wind, and energy.

This series explores the perception of places and life scenes as if they were memories that appear and disappear before they can be fully fixed. Facades, balconies, boats, flowers, and other recognizable elements emerge among long, directional brushstrokes that blur the surroundings and transform the image into an experience between figuration and abstraction.

Movement not only functions as a visual effect but as a way of speaking about time, memory, and the fragmentary way we remember spaces. Each work preserves a recognizable point within a surface that seems to be shifting, as if reality had been captured during a fleeting moment.

The canvas is carefully rolled up and securely packed in a sturdy circular tube for shipping.
