Description from the seller
Stalak 1850–1870, combining the function of a dressing vanity (powder table) with a work table. Napoleon III period in the Louis XV style. Veneered noble wood, probably rosewood/palisander or walnut. The front and top are adorned with exquisite, contrasting marquetry featuring botanical-ornamental motifs. Construction and interior: The lift-top conceals an original built-in mirror in an ornate frame and a practical interior divided into compartments for cosmetics, jewelry, or sewing tools. The drawer/secret compartment slides smoothly. I will ship by DPD courier and pack it as best as I can, securing it in the best possible way, but I cannot guarantee things like mirror breakage. You can pick up the furniture in Poland, in Katowice, free of charge after winning the auction; if you do not accept the terms, please do not bid. Shipping is limited to the European Union due to the fragility of the material and customs issues.
