Description from the seller

Pair of decorative vases with lids, characterized by rich painted workmanship and numerous raised details.
The two vases feature a harmonious, bulbous shape, with a rounded body that narrows toward the neck and rests on a slightly elevated circular base. The surface is entirely decorated with refined hand-painted floral and botanical motifs, developed around the entire circumference.
The decoration combines shades of blues, turquoise, greens, browns, and ivory, enriched by numerous raised details that give depth and a three-dimensional quality to the composition. Particularly interesting is the dense presence of small elements distributed on the base, creating a pleasant ornamental effect and highlighting the main floral motifs.
The dark band around the necks of the vases is very elaborate, decorated with a repeated motif in gold/bronze. The base also features a dark band finely decorated with a dense golden ornamental motif.
The lids, also fully decorated, have a distinctive shaped and wavy form, with an edge outlined by a dark band and small light details. They are finished at the top by a prominent golden knop, which adds further elegance and lift to the overall piece.
Dimensions
Overall height with lid: about 31 cm
Base diameter: about 14 cm
Quantity: 2 vases complete with their respective lids
The pair is presented in excellent condition, as documented by photographs.
No breaks, chips, or cracks are present; the lids are present and the decorations appear very well preserved.
The overall effect is that of a strongly scenographic pair, suitable for both a classic interior and as a contrasting decorative element in a contemporary setting.
Being hand-decorated objects, any minor differences between the two pieces or small irregularities in the decoration should be considered features of the workmanship and contribute to the pair’s charm.
A refined decorative pair, particularly interesting for the richness of the workmanship, the relief details, and the combination of floral motifs with gilded finishes.
