Alexander Lecusay Estrada, born January 22, 1966 in Las Tunas, Cuba, is a visual artist, graduate of the National School of Art (ENA), Cuba, in 1984. He is a member of the Union of Writers and Artists of Cuba (UNEAC) and has taught drawing at the Professional Academy of Plastic Arts. He currently lives in Valencia, Spain, where he develops his activity as an independent artist.

His artistic career began in the 1980s and spans several decades of ongoing participation in the plastic arts, with presence in group exhibitions, provincial and national salons, international exhibitions and solo exhibitions.

From his early training years he has participated in important salons and exhibitions in Cuba, including the National Salon of Plastic Arts, the Thesis Salon, the National Salon of Awardees, different editions of Plastic in April, My City in Plastic, Guernica, the Regino Botti National Salon, the International Salon of the Ten Mural, UNEAC salons and other national and regional events.
