Mario Schifano (1934-1998) - Pupazzi Osceni

An extraordinary and certified work, realized with mixed technique on photograph by Mario Schifano, undisputed master of Italian Pop Art and the Scuola di Piazza del Popolo. Part of the famous and historic series of the 1990s dedicated to repainted photographs, this work serves as a dynamic visual bridge between mechanical reproduction and the visceral and emotional painting gesture.
