Originating from Southern Finistère, Frédéric Cadiou draws from Breton landscapes an inspiration deeply rooted in light and the horizon.
His works capture suspended moments where nature dialogues with human perception.
Shadows projected, elegant lines, minimalist compositions: each painting reveals a subtle tension between depth and minimalism.
Through a mastered palette and strong contrasts, the artist creates calm, almost meditative atmospheres.
The gaze is guided toward the horizon, between silence, space, and contemplation.
A painting where light structures the landscape and where shadow becomes language.

In 2026, Frédéric Cadiou was selected to represent Artmajeur at the Vivatech fair in Paris.
