Brief Bio: O. Delgado is a Cuban-Spanish visual artist based in Spain and graduated in Visual Arts from the University of the Arts (ISA), Havana.
With more than 15 years of professional experience, he has developed a solid painting practice spanning various genres, including abstraction, portraiture, still life, and contemporary reinterpretation of nature-related themes and everyday life experiences.
He has participated in solo and group exhibitions in Cuba and Spain, and his work is part of private collections in the United States and Spain, as well as institutional and foundation collections in Mexico and Spain.
His work is characterized by a special attention to color, atmosphere, and image construction, combining a rigorous technical foundation with a constant search for new plastic and expressive solutions.
