Description from the seller
Set of two bronze Buddha heads,
one of which can function as an incense burner.
The top of the head (the ushnisha) has openings to burn incense cones or fragrance blocks, allowing the smoke to escape gracefully through the openings.
Key features:
Two different finishes:
The left head has a striking green copper patina (verdigris), giving the impression of oxidized, antique bronze that has been exposed to the elements for a long time.
The right head has a classic dark brown, polished bronze finish with light wear scratches on the nose and lips.
Weight: 780 grams each
Height: 19 cm
Width: 16 cm
Depth: 14 cm
Lovely decorative set.
Iconography: The faces have a meditative, serene gaze with closed eyes and a dot (urna) on the forehead, symbolizing the third eye and spiritual wisdom.
The hair is styled in traditional, spiral snail-shell curls.
These are popular, atmospheric Asian decorative pieces (often from Nepal, India, or China) that can be used both functionally and decoratively.
See the photos for a good impression; they are part of the description.
Shipped by registered mail.
